Drives new SaaS business among small healthcare practices by partnering with another account executive, managing opportunities through the sales cycle, conducting consultative sales activities, maintaining pipeline data, meeting revenue targets, and coordinating customer onboarding transitions.
The Account Executive, Growth is part of a two-person sales team focused on driving revenue growth within RXNT’s small-practice segment, selling SaaS solutions to 1-10 provider group practices. Each individual works closely with a partner to manage opportunities collaboratively across the sales cycle. Team members combine complementary strengths to engage prospects, demonstrate RXNT’s solutions, and close new business, supporting each other as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience and consistent revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a partner within the Growth Team to drive new business and revenue growth in the small-practice segment
- Engage prospects as a trusted advisor, guiding them through the buying process and positioning RXNT’s solutions effectively
- Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract execution
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and provide regular updates on progress toward revenue targets
- Partner with onboarding team to ensure smooth transitions and adoption
- Support partner across sales stages to maximize overall team performance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B or SaaS sales, preferably selling to small businesses or healthcare practices
- Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, team-based sales environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively and drive results both independently and as part of a pair
Education/Certifications Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or healthcare background preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to spend the majority of the workweek on phone calls
