What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of bringing Document Crunch’s AI-powered platform to the construction companies that need it most. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—while managing a portfolio of high-value named accounts. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver real outcomes for customers and act as a trusted advisor guiding them toward a world of zero project disputes.
 

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development by identifying and targeting opportunities across assigned markets and named accounts, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value, strategic accounts with a focus on expansion, retention, and long-term relationship building.

  • Lead compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations with prospective clients at all seniority levels.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success as a key voice of the customer, sharing market feedback that sharpens positioning, messaging, and roadmap priorities.

  • Develop and execute account strategies that grow revenue within existing accounts while identifying new expansion opportunities.

  • Represent Document Crunch at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen brand presence and build your territory community.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) of all sales activities, pipeline opportunities, and customer interactions, providing regular forecasts and performance reports to leadership.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in a sales or account management role, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or enterprise B2B capacity.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas in a B2B SaaS or enterprise sales environment.

  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and large strategic accounts.

  •  Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage confidently at the executive level.

  • High business acumen with the ability to understand customer pain points and map them to solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in construction, construction technology, or a related vertical SaaS environment.

  • Familiarity with contract risk management, legal tech, or compliance-related solutions.

  • Previous experience selling AI-driven or data-driven products to operations, finance, or legal teams.

Location: Remote, USA

Travel Requirement: 50%

Compensation:  230k-240k OTE Salary + Variable DOE

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
