🌍 We’re making security suck less for developers.

Security tools haven’t kept up with how software is built today. They interrupt teams, slow releases, and turn security into a bottleneck instead of a capability. We built Aikido to change that. Aikido builds developer-first security products that reduce real risk without getting in the way of shipping software. We focus on what actually matters and automate the rest.

We’re taking on legacy security tools teams have been stuck with, and we’re winning. If you want to help us take market share and build products developers actually enjoy using, you’re in the right place.
Founded in 2022 by third-time founders, Aikido has $85M in the bank and a long runway ahead. We’re building toward self-securing software. Join an all-star team. Take real ownership. Push boundaries. Build things that matter.

AI is changing the penetration testing market, and Aikido is already one of the most visible players in the space.

Our AI Pentest product is gaining traction in a rapidly growing market, helping businesses rethink how they approach penetration testing. We're looking for an Account Executive to build on that momentum, win new customers and drive revenue growth. You'll own the full sales cycle, develop strategic partnerships and help scale our commercial presence in a market with huge potential. This is an opportunity to join an established product with real momentum and play a key role in its next phase of growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for AI Pentest, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close.

  • Turn inbound interest and outbound prospecting into new customers and revenue.

  • Build strategic partnerships and activate resellers, MSPs and other channel partners to expand our reach.

  • Work with marketing and product to sharpen our GTM strategy

  • Bring customer insights and competitive intelligence back to the team to help us stay ahead.

  • Identify new opportunities, refine sales playbooks and find smarter ways to win

  • Help scale our commercial motion as we grow our presence in the AI pentesting market.

  • Commercial profile with proven experience in a technical domain, ideally selling penetration testing, offensive security or related security solutions.

  • Proven track record of selling in fast-growing startups

  • Comfortable working both in direct sales and partnerships at the same time

  • An entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in zero-to-one environments

  • Hustler mentality, who is excellent at building relationships

What you can expect

  • Short decision lines. Big ownership. Shape the projects that matter and ship fast.

  • Grow as fast as we do. Take on more, own more, and carve out your own path.

  • Top-tier tech pay and equity.

  • High trust, strong values, zero corporate BS.

  • Flexibility in working hours.

  • A company that sticks to its values in an open and informal atmosphere.

We hire for talent, drive, and potential. Everything else is noise.
