About the Opportunity

We are looking for an Account Executive to join a fast-growing international company operating in the technology ecosystem. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in high-performance environments, enjoy building relationships with decision-makers, and are passionate about helping innovative companies solve business challenges.

You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with technology companies, primarily in the United States, driving new business opportunities through a combination of outbound prospecting, consultative sales, and strategic account development.

This is an opportunity to work directly with founders and senior leadership, helping shape go-to-market strategies while contributing to the growth of a rapidly expanding business.

What You'll Do
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients across the US technology market.

  • Prospect and engage founders, CEOs, CTOs, and senior executives through outbound channels.

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and identify business opportunities.

  • Qualify and advance leads through the sales funnel.

  • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and follow-up.

  • Conduct market research to identify target accounts and new business opportunities.

  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.

  • Negotiate commercial terms and support contract discussions.

  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and growth strategies.

  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and sales forecasting.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Executive, Recruitment, Staffing, or related client-facing roles.

  • Previous experience selling to US-based companies.

  • Advanced or Fluent English (spoken and written).

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience conducting outbound prospecting and managing a sales pipeline.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Resilience and comfort handling rejection as part of the sales process.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving results.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with startups, SaaS companies, marketplaces, recruiting firms, or technology businesses.

  • Familiarity with outbound sales tools and CRM platforms.

  • Experience selling services, recruitment solutions, software, or technology products.

  • Exposure to international or global markets.

    Compensation Range

    Fixed monthly: US2.500 - 5.000,00 + OTE
