Our Team: We are a team of 30 people. We have a strong technical team with experience working at companies such as Meta, Google, Databricks, Stack Overflow and Kaggle. And a strong GTM team with people from Confluent, Snowflake, 11x, Rippling and Opendoor.


Requirements

We're looking for an entrepreneurial early sales hires who are comfortable jumping into an early-stage environment and are excited about building something from the ground up:

  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospect identification through contract signing, customer onboarding and customer success.
  • Help refine and document the early sales playbook.

What Success Looks Like:

  • First 30 days: Deep understanding of our product, market, and ideal customer profile.
  • First 60 days: Established prospecting system and initial pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • First 120 days: Consistent pipeline generation and initial deals closed.
  • First 240 days: Predictable revenue generation and documented sales playbook.
  • First year: Other sales reps onboarded and starting to execute against the sales playbook.
