Job Description

Who You Are
You don't need logistics experience—we'll teach you that. What we're looking for is someone who's competitive, resilient, and excited to build a career where your effort directly impacts your success.

Whether you're coming from sales, athletics, hospitality, retail, customer service, or another
fast-paced environment, if you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and working toward goals, you'll fit right in. You take ownership of your work, thrive in a team environment, and are motivated by opportunities to learn, grow, and win.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Account Executive, you’ll be a key driver of revenue growth—building new client partnerships while expanding and nurturing existing accounts. You will own the full sales cycle, operate with urgency, and deliver exceptional service that keeps customers coming back.

Responsibilities
● Hunt and close new business while managing a portfolio of key accounts
● Prospect and qualify leads through cold calls, email outreach, and research platforms
(Google, ZoomInfo, etc.)
● Serve as the main point of contact for client escalations and high-stakes issues
● Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with client executives
● Partner with internal teams to ensure flawless operational execution
● Coach and support junior team members as needed
● Track KPIs, monitor performance, and drive consistent results
● Deliver the “No Fail” service standard on every load

What You Bring to the Table
● Experience in sales, logistics, or account management (preferred but not required)
● A competitive spirit and relentless drive to hit goals
● Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
● Resilience, grit, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
● Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
● Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and prospecting platforms
● Professionalism, reliability, and a service-first mindset

Expectations
● Make 60+ outbound calls daily (higher for junior-level AEs)
● Meet or exceed key performance goals including load count, gross profit, and CRM activity
● Demonstrate a “service-first” mindset by minimizing preventable issues
● Consistently operate with professionalism, reliability, and integrity

What You’ll Get in Return
● $24-$25 an hour for entry level candidates + uncapped commission potential
● Paid holidays and PTO after 90 days
● Health, dental, and vision insurance
● 401(k) retirement plan
● Ongoing training and career development opportunities
● Dog-friendly office environment
