The Role

Our growing Sales team combines deep product and industry expertise, focused on bringing Cofactr to an expanding set of hardware businesses. In this role, you will lead large, complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end while building strong, long-term relationships with leading hardware companies. You’ll partner closely with customers to deeply understand their workflows and challenges, and work cross-functionally with our product and engineering teams to help shape how we engage, design, and build for the most innovative brands in electronics.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the end-to-end sales process from outbound prospecting through close across mid-market and enterprise accounts

  • Build trusted relationships with OEMs, engaging across executives, electrical engineering teams, and supply chain leaders

  • Translate complex, technical workflows into clear business value and ROI for customers

  • Partner closely with executive and sales leadership, as well as product and engineering teams, to shape product direction and priorities based on customer insights and market feedback.

  • Help define and iterate on our sales motion, messaging, and outbound strategy

  • Maintain a high-quality pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting and deal visibility

What We’re Looking For
  • 5–8+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of closing complex deals

  • Experience selling into manufacturing, hardware, or supply chain organizations (OEMs, EMS, electronics, industrials, etc.)

  • Proven ability to engage both technical stakeholders (e.g., engineering) and business leaders (e.g., supply chain, operations, executives)

  • Strong technical curiosity—you’re comfortable learning and selling a deep, technical product

  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth environments, with a willingness to build and iterate vs. follow a defined playbook

  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
