You will own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, pilots, commercial negotiations, and close.

You will work closely with sales leadership, solutions, marketing, product, and customer success to help legal teams understand how Chamelio can improve the way they operate.

This is a hands-on role for a motivated seller who can create pipeline, manage complex opportunities, and consistently deliver against revenue targets.

• Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through contract execution

• Run discovery sessions with general counsel, legal operations, procurement, IT, and business stakeholders

• Lead product demonstrations and coordinate customer-specific pilots

• Build strong business cases tied to measurable customer outcomes

• Navigate procurement, security reviews, legal negotiations, and complex buying committees

• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting

• Develop relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers

• Partner with marketing and SDRs on account strategy and pipeline generation

• Collaborate with solutions and customer success to ensure effective handoffs and long-term customer value

What We Are Looking For

• Strong experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions

• A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

• Ability to sell consultatively to senior enterprise buyers

• A structured approach to qualification, pipeline management, and forecasting

• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment

• A proactive mindset and willingness to build pipeline directly

Experience selling legal technology, enterprise AI, workflow software, CLM, or procurement technology is highly relevant.

Why Join Chamelio

You will join at a defining stage of Chamelio’s growth and help establish a new category in enterprise legal technology.

You will work closely with the founders and sales leadership, sell to leading global companies, and have a meaningful impact on the company’s growth.

We offer a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and meaningful equity.
