Key Responsibilities 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and receivers across all customer segments 

• Develop and strengthen customer relationships through regular, proactive communication 

• Provide spot quotes and load management 

• Collaborate with internal teams to support assigned accounts and drive growth 

• Respond quickly to challenges and make effective, timely decisions 

• Deliver a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction 

• Perform other related duties as assigned 

Work Experience and Background Requirements 

• Logistics experienced required (1 year at least) 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required 

• Sales and negotiation skills 

• Strong decision-making ability and judgment 

• Positive and energetic team player 

• Flexible thinker, solutions-oriented 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
