The role requires at least one year of freight brokerage, logistics sales, or freight agent experience, with existing customer relationships preferred.

Support assigned customer accounts by managing shipments, ensuring service quality, and collaborating with team members to resolve issues.

The Account Executive is responsible for building relationships with customers, providing quotes, driving account growth, and ensuring high customer satisfaction in logistics services.
