Job Summary & Responsibilities

The Regional Account Manager plays a pivotal role driving revenue growth within an assigned territory. The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for proactively managing and retaining relationships with our largest commercial customers. The Manager will increase penetration of LRS’s full suite of services through consultative selling and strategic account management, fostering long-term customer loyalty and profitability.

  • Develop and evaluate a strategic annual plan to achieve assigned revenue goals.
  • Conduct business reviews with assigned accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell and introduce value-added services.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, effectively communicating LRS’s unique value proposition.
  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle, building strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Monitor market and competitor trends to anticipate customer needs and challenges.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to document customer interactions, track activity, and generate reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Sales) to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Represent LRS at industry events and business functions to network and generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate customer information, including contract expiration dates and service information.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve service issues with a solutions oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2 years of experience in account management, waste management or related business to business sales.
  • Proven history of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platform and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay Range

$70k to $90k with uncapped commission
