The role is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets while monitoring market trends and maintaining industry knowledge.

Leads an assigned-area sales function by developing sales strategies, forecasts, pricing plans, and growth initiatives. Manages, hires, trains, coaches, and evaluates sales and administrative staff while tracking CRM activity, sales goals, budgets, and performance metrics. Supports customer solicitation, bid preparation, contract review, competitive analysis, reporting, succession planning, and emerging-leader development. Some travel is required.
