Manage and retain a portfolio of small-to-medium commercial accounts, using Salesforce to track activity, execute retention strategies, negotiate and renew service agreements, identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with operations, and meet retention and growth targets.

Support monthly close with journal entries, account reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, expense report processing, ad hoc reporting, audit support, and process improvements. Prepare filings and cross-train for coverage while collaborating with leadership and other departments.

Oversee and coordinate operations on a Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) production line: supervise crew, maintain throughput and quality, ensure safety compliance, perform basic troubleshooting, and support training and shift coordination.

Ensure safe traffic and truck flow at the MRF, enforce PPE and site housekeeping, inspect and grade loads, report unsafe conditions, attend safety meetings, and cover other transfer station roles as needed. Work is physical and performed in indoor/outdoor, noisy, and dusty conditions.

Manage and grow mid-sized customer accounts within an assigned territory by deepening adoption of services, negotiating and renewing service agreements, retaining customers, using Salesforce to track activity, collaborating with Operations, and meeting revenue and retention goals.

Manage and grow revenue within an assigned territory by retaining and upselling to large commercial customers. Develop strategic account plans, conduct business reviews, negotiate contracts, use Salesforce to track interactions, collaborate with internal teams, attend industry events, and resolve customer issues to drive loyalty and profitability.

Lead strategic sourcing and procurement for fleet assets and major spend categories. Develop TCO-driven acquisition, leasing, maintenance, and disposal strategies, manage OEM/vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, oversee SLAs and compliance, set procurement KPIs, support fleet modernization (electrification/alternative fuels), partner with Operations/Finance, and drive cost-reduction and sustainability initiatives.

Supervise daily operations for an assigned area: manage driver/laborer safety and training, schedule shifts, optimize routes/facilities, report metrics, conduct site visits and incident reporting, lead and coach staff, resolve customer issues, oversee routine maintenance, and perform physical tasks with occasional regional travel.
