Oversee daily operations within an assigned geographic area, supervise drivers/laborers, manage scheduling and safety, optimize routes/facilities, report performance metrics, and resolve operational and customer issues to maintain efficient, compliant service delivery.

Process weekly payroll for 2,200+ employees across multiple pay groups, audit time entries, manage employee setup/terminations, handle LOA payments, wage garnishments, union deductions and reporting, ensure compliance with tax and labor laws, and support payroll policy and documentation.

Support the sales team by processing orders, managing contracts and CRM/Trux customer databases, creating sales reports, handling customer inquiries, assisting with promotions/trade shows, and providing administrative support (travel, scheduling, expenses) to meet sales targets.
