Account Manager (Bartlett, TN)

 

As an Account Manager at Raymond Central, you will play a key role in driving growth within your assigned territory by deepening relationships and expanding service offerings. Your focus will be on strengthening our presence in the market, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring long-term success for our clients. Your efforts will contribute directly to our growth and help reinforce Raymond Central's reputation as a leader in the material handling industry. 

 

This position will be involved in specific national account management for Raymond Central.

Position Summary: 

This role is centered on building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with nationally based clients. Your primary focus will be identifying new opportunities within your scope, delivering personalized solutions, and maintaining ongoing support to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. By fostering strong partnerships, you’ll contribute to sustained business growth and ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and value.

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Drive sales growth by building strong, lasting relationships with both existing and prospective national accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to successfully convert leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Internal teams to align efforts, leveraging aftermarket and rental opportunities to drive continued growth.
  • Promote Raymond Central's full range of solutions to customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to develop account strategies and pricing plans that maintain competitiveness and profitability.
  • Manage contracts and lease agreements, ensuring compliance, timely renewals, and seamless customer support.
  • Develop and maintain detailed Business Plans, using CRM tools and other systems to accurately track progress and measure success.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to drive informed business decisions.

Minimum Qualifications: 

-At least five (5) years' of industry specific (material handling), direct sales experience
