Position Summary
Serves as day-to-day contact for customers - supports customer-level questions and requests on enrollment, claims questions, escalated issues, onsite meetings, educational sessions with students; serves as a liaison between Aetna Student Health and the customer.
Responsibilities:
Identifies constituent-specific service issues, identifies solutions and may lead resolution of issues working with other areas.
Provides constituents with Aetna policy, plan design and benefit changes and network updates including analysis of impact.
Collaborates with account management team to achieve growth/renewal objectives; may assist in preparation and delivery of renewal packages.
May support plan administration activities, including installation, open-enrollment, health fairs, plan set-up, eligibility, billing and drafting by working proactively with support areas; signs-off on ID cards. Some support activities could require attainment of state licensure to sell Insurance products.
May assist in constituent training on product and policy questions.
May take initial calls for direct sales requests and forward requests to appropriate sales staff.
Assist teams with processing RFP’s, as needed.
Creates collaborative partnerships with sales to develop a comprehensive growth strategy for assigned book of business that is aligned with customer’s objectives, financial position and employee benefit strategy while providing cross-sell opportunities and profitable revenue and growth to Aetna.
Required Qualifications:
3 years of relevant industry experience.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce.com.
Exceptional project management skills, problem solving, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated planning/organizational skills; ability to work on many issues at once and to prioritize work.
Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with matrix partners to drive deliverables.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience

The typical pay range for this role is:
$21.10 - $44.99This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
