This is an on-site position based out of our Lombard, IL office.

The Work:
We are seeking individuals who are detail oriented and willing to join a fast pace, time sensitive and constantly changing environment.
As an Accounting Analyst - Commissions Specialist, you will be a fundamental member of our Payroll and Finance Teams. In this role you will ensure among other things, timely completion of all commission statements through our automated system.
Duties Include:
  • Create, and review commission statements for Sales Team using automated system.
  • Process, calculate and review draw balances for Sales Teams.
  • Enter new hire compensation plans into commission system.
  • Make changes within commission system as Sales Staff plans change.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to sales staff and management by addressing questions professionally and promptly
  • Collaborate with various different departments including Finance, Payroll and Human Resources to provide necessary reporting.
  • Work on special projects such as process improvements, data analysis/compilation, presentations, report building, etc.
  • Assist in internal and external audit request to ensure compliance.
  • Other Payroll/Finance Duties as needed.

 The Person:
  • BA or BS degree - Preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics Etc.
  • 4+ Years experience in an accounting or payroll function, commissions or sales environment preferred
  • Previous Mortgage Experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Sales Incentive Systems a plus.
  • Detailed-oriented with excellent analytical skills and ability to identify/resolve problems
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong quantitative skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Impeccable attention to detail and solid customer service instincts

The salary range for this position is $50,000-$75,000 annually.
