- Review and reconcile daily operational activity from stores for quality and accuracy.
- Work with operations to resolve variances and improve flow and accuracy of data.
- Assist with the reconciliation of month end variance reports.
- Participate in the month-end closing to include account balancing.
- Recommend process improvements and assist in automation of manual processes.
- Assist in other departmental activities as required.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. College work in accounting/finance a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Microsoft Excel and Word experience.
- Outstanding attention to detail, organization and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently or with a team to accomplish company goals.
