Company: Kintsugi AI – Solving Sales Tax for Modern Commerce

About Kintsugi AI

Kintsugi AI is on a mission to remove the friction of sales tax compliance for fast-growing companies. Our AI-driven platform makes sales tax automation simple, accurate, and scalable. We partner with CFOs, accountants, and advisors who need a trusted solution to keep their clients compliant while freeing up their time to focus on growth.

As a fast-growing fintech startup, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership, and is excited to help us build a best-in-class partner ecosystem.

The Role

As our Accounting Partnerships Manager, you will be the driving force behind building and growing relationships with accounting, fractional CFO, and advisory partners. You’ll help them view Kintsugi as their go-to solution for sales tax compliance—bringing value to their clients and revenue to our business.

This role blends business development, partner management, and strategy. You’ll source new partners, nurture existing ones, and build scalable programs that enable Kintsugi to expand its reach through trusted finance leaders.

What You’ll Do
  • Source & Close New Partners

    • Identify and onboard accounting firms, CFO consultants, and advisors to refer clients to Kintsugi.

    • Run scaled outbound campaigns to build a steady pipeline of new partners.

    • Stay highly organized, managing a CRM with over 100 named partners, growing by the day

    • Serve as the face of Kintsugi, keeping partners updated on the product, offerings, and any relevant updates

  • Manage & Grow Relationships

    • Serve as the primary contact for partners, keeping them engaged and informed.

    • Route deals, track referrals, and ensure partners receive agreed-upon rev share.

    • Develop strategies to increase partner-driven deal flow.

  • Enable & Activate Partners

    • Host partner events such as dinners, roundtables, and webinars.

    • Represent Kintsugi at conferences and industry events.

    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product to create enablement resources that keep partners aligned with Kintsugi’s growth.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales, ideally in fintech, accounting, or SaaS.

  • Strong understanding of CFOs, accounting firms, or financial advisory ecosystems.

  • Entrepreneurial and highly autonomous—comfortable figuring things out in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and relationships.

  • Strong communicator and relationship builder who can influence senior finance professionals.

  • Bonus: Experience hosting events or representing a company at conferences.

Why Join Kintsugi AI?
  • Be part of a fast-growing fintech startup solving one of the biggest headaches in business: sales tax compliance.

  • Build the foundation of our partner ecosystem and play a pivotal role in company growth.

  • Work with a mission-driven, collaborative team that values autonomy, creativity, and execution.

  • Competitive salary, equity, and benefits.
