The Administrative Support Representative will assist the DRG Compliance Team with data entry, case tracking, and maintaining documentation, ensuring timely communications.
This is a remote position.

Salary: $22/hour
About This Role
DRG Compliance is a division of FairCode providing DRG Validation services to health insurance plans. The Administrative Support Representative will support the DRG Compliance Team to ensure timely communications and optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assist Administrative Support Specialist and supervisor as requested
- Assist with data entry of selection results, audit results, provider agreements, and appeal letters
- Assist with intake of new medical records, and enter these in the medical record tracking spreadsheet, and advise supervisor of medical records received with missing core documents
- Maintain current case tracking spreadsheets
- Maintain current documentation of processes
- Participate in other activities as assigned
Requirements
- An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-solving and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize and delegate
