  • 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager in an Agile environment.

  • Strong understanding of data, platforms, and analytics.

  • Ability to gather the right information, see patterns across teams, and drive consistent standards.

  • Comfort working in a matrix organization with many partners, including senior lead‐ers.

  • Clear communication skills — able to explain complex topics in simple, actionable terms.

  • Experience influencing engineering teams on requirements, architecture expectations, and scalable delivery.

  • Strong ownership mindset; able to manage cross‑team dependencies and drive com‐mitments to completion.

  • Hands‑on experience using JIRA, Confluence, and other workflow tools.

  • Experience working with global teams across time zones.

Preferred
  • Experience in data governance, information security, and risk management.

  • Background working with regulatory frameworks or compliance programs

Impact You'll Make:

The Impact You’ll Make

You will serve as the enterprise TPM for risk, compliance, and regulatory programs that cut across multiple GTDA platforms and product families.

You will help TransUnion deliver products that are compliant, secure, and aligned with legal and regulatory needs — without slowing delivery.

Specifically, you will:

Lead Enterprise Risk & Compliance Work Across GTDA

  • Own risk and regulatory initiatives that impact multiple products and technical platforms.

  • Define and manage cross‑organizational scope, timelines, and priorities.

  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Information Security, and Product teams to align on requirements.

Drive Cross‑Organizational Product Development

  • Work across GTDA, Solutions, and Engineering to ensure consistent technical requirements and delivery standards.

  • Align teams on shared roadmaps, cross‑team dependencies, and delivery milestones.

  • Ensure teams understand regulatory expectations and build compliant solutions from the start.

Enable Regulatory‑Ready Product Delivery

  • Assess the impact of new and changing regulations on our products and platforms.

  • Work with privacy, legal, and compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into clear, technical work.

  • Create a simple, repeatable framework that ensures our products meet risk and compliance expectations.

  • Support teams across US and international regions as they adopt these standards.

How You’ll Work

  • Operate as the central point of contact for enterprise‑level risk and compliance requests.

  • Break down complex requirements into clear work for engineering teams.

  • Track and manage dependencies across GTDA, Solutions, Markets, and Shared Services.

  • Keep stakeholders aligned using simple communication, predictable updates, and

  • clear decision points.

Success Looks Like

  • GTDA teams understand and use a consistent process for handling risk and compliance requirements.

  • Regulatory needs are reflected early in product design and do not cause late delivery risk.

  • Product, engineering, and compliance teams work with a shared view of priorities.

  • Cross‑organizational initiatives ship on time, with clear ownership and fewer escalations.

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
