Core Duties
- Provide technical direction and technical support
- Architect and implement Adobe AEM solutions to meet requirements
- Work with Architecture team and Client partners to recommend and design digital web solutions
- Plan the technical approach for implementing web solutions across multiple channels
- Monitor and verify the quality of all deliverables.
- Supervise onboarding and training of new developers
- Manage and prioritize technical debt backlog
- Create and oversee Performance Testing plans
- Liaison to IT Security Team ensuring that development team complies with IT Security requirements
- Work with key stakeholders to integrate requirements, and updates into production releases
- Work with business partners to plan and implement activities to maintain data confidence
- Provide general troubleshooting assistance for analytic reports and break fixes
Minimum Requirements
The following experience is required
7+ year’s professional experience in IT capacity
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a technical lead across multiple channels
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Information Science
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing Adobe Experience Manager technical solutions
- Expertise with digital technologies, e.g. Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web analytics, metrics, responsive media queries, native mobile application design and development
- Ability to manage change successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Must be strategic, dynamic, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker, a self-starter and a quick learner.
- Must have a proven track record of successfully working in a multi-company team environment, delivering results on time and on budget
- Preferred knowledge of the QSR industry vertical, retail landscape and consumer behavior.
