What You’ll Do
The Agency Partner Manager is responsible for building, maintaining and overseeing a portfolio of agency partnerships, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and strengthen these relationships.


In this role, you will engage regularly with agency partners through meetings and calls to discuss commercial opportunities and explore new revenue-generating collaboration initiatives. You will deliver compelling product demonstrations and conduct enablement sessions to ensure agency partners are fully equipped to effectively promote and sell the organisation's solutions. 


You will coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product to ensure partner needs are met whilst maximising revenue potential and expanding the organisation's market reach. 


You will also handle day-to-day partner enquiries, troubleshoot operational challenges, and lead longer-term planning activities including quarterly business reviews and partnership development strategies focused on achieving revenue targets and scaling the partnership program.


How You Will Succeed


  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of agency partnerships to drive revenue growth and achieve partnership performance targets.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with agency partners to assess performance, identify opportunities, and develop strategic growth plans.
  • Deliver enablement sessions including product demos, lightning talks etc. to ensure agency partners have comprehensive knowledge of the organisation's solutions. Ensuring Technical enablement sessions are conducted. 
  • Develop and execute joint GTM initiatives with agency partners to generate pipeline and increase market penetration.
  • Monitor and analyse partnership metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimise performance and revenue contribution. Identify partner risk and churn alongside growth potential.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for agency partners, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional partner experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align on partner strategies and support partner needs
  • Identify and recruit new agency partners to expand the partnership program and drive additional revenue streams
  • Create and present partnership proposals, business cases, and performance reports to internal stakeholders and agency partners
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or ecosystem marketing, preferably in eCommerce, SaaS, or retail technology.
  • Proven experience in Agency partner management within the digital commerce sector. You should already have an extensive network of contacts and be known within this sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth through strategic partnerships with ecommerce agencies or technology providers.
  • Strong presentation and training skills with the ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations and enablement sessions.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills with experience managing multiple agency partnerships across the ecommerce ecosystem simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience in the ecommerce industry).
  • Ideally have a strong understanding of the changing shape of the realms of Product Discovery, AI toolsets and the way consumers shop. Experience working with data feeds, product catalogs, web services and ability to understand and work with API’s.
  • Strong commercial acumen with understanding of agencies operation and commercial models, online retail metrics, and the ability to develop data-driven partnership strategies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product in a fast-paced ecommerce or retail technology environment. 
  • Experience of putting on events, and how events impact an organisation, understanding of the digital commerce events space is a nice to have.
