Summary: 

As an Sr. AI Solutions Analyst, you will lead the design, integration, and delivery of Agentic AI and Generative AI-driven solutions within a Microsoft 365 ecosystem; partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable AI-enabled systems and low-code applications; design, deliver, and maintain innovative, secure technology solutions that leverage Agentic AI capabilities, Generative AI models, Microsoft Copilot, and non-Microsoft third-party AI solutions—including video, voice, digital marketing, and other niche domains—to solve real business problems.

What You'll Do: 

  • Architectural Leadership: 
    • Define and communicate a unified architectural vision for AI, Agentic AI, and automation solutions that aligns with enterprise strategy, governance standards, and longterm technology goals.
    • Lead the development of the enterprise AI/GenAI strategy and technical architecture, including Agentic AI orchestration patterns and integration frameworks.
    • Partner with Enterprise and Solution Architects to embed Generative AI capabilities—such as Microsoft Copilot and thirdparty AI platforms—into existing systems and workflows.
    • Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, conducting R&D to assess new models, Agentic AI frameworks, and thirdparty solutions that support business needs.
    • Collaborate with IT teams, consultants, and domain experts to ensure AI outputs are effectively integrated into business processes.
    • Oversee deployment of AI applications into production environments with a focus on performance, reliability, and continuous optimization.
    • Drive feasibility assessments, proofsofconcept, and the successful scaling of AI solutions across the enterprise.
  •   Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement: 
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and co-create AI-driven and agentic solutions.
    • Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable solution designs.
  • AI Deployment, Integration, and Support: 
    • Lead evaluation, design, and deployment of AI-enabled solutions, including Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform components, and third-party AI tools.
    • Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources.
  •  Technical Oversight: 
    • Provide guidance on cloud architecture and governance best practices.
    • Maintain compliance with data governance, security policies, and platform standards.
    • Transition solutions and knowledge to support and development resources.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience supporting analytical and technical thinking.
  • Five (5) or more years of IT/software development experience.
  • Demonstrated innovation & change leadership experience to guide teams through new technologies, AI adoption, and process transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated communication & presentation skills that can translated complex technical concepts to executives, stakeholders and non-technical teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Agent and at least 3+ years of Azure Cloud Services.
  • AI solution architect expertise, generative AI tool experience, and familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks.
  • Enterprise system integration experience and understanding of connectors, APIs, and governance.
  • Business Analysis experience.
  • Data modeling and Agile methodology knowledge.
