Role Overview:

We are seeking an independent contractor who is an AI Content Creator / Artist / Technical Artist that will provide generative AI services to help us push the boundaries of what’s possible with next-generation AI content. In this engagement, we will need an individual who will use their own cutting-edge AI tools (e.g., Runway, Veo, Midjourney, and ElevenLabs) to produce and deliver premium creative assets for our scale high-quality productions.

This is an independent contractor engagement, where you determine where, when and how to complete the work for MasterClass’s project needs.

 What You Will Do
  • Produce videos and multimedia content from concept through final export.

  • Apply prompt engineering and technical workflows (LoRA, ComfyUI, etc.) to deliver innovative creative results.

  • Automate rapid prototyping and production processes using tools like n8n and the Google ecosystem.

  • Stay abreast of emerging AI tools to continually improve production capabilities.

 About You
  • 5+ years of experience in content creation, post-production, or technical artistry.

  • Proven experience with AI creative tools (Runway, Veo, Midjourney, ElevenLabs).

  • Strong understanding of editing and compositing platforms (Premiere, After Effects, Resolve, or similar).

  • Hands-on expertise with advanced AI workflows (LoRA, ComfyUI, custom pipelines).

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects.

 Nice to Have
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Google Workspace automation).

  • Familiarity with large-scale content production environments.

 

Pay Transparency

$2,000-$2,500/week

The rate listed is for NYC/CA/WA. As a company, we have a location based strategy, which means the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled. MasterClass’s ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry.
