Join us as an AI Engineer (Image & Video Generation) and help us build automated image and video generation pipelines for next-generation advertising content.
We are looking for a specialist who understands how to turn a creative idea, product, or business context into a high-quality image/video creative — in a stable, scalable, and product-oriented way.

Zeely AI is an all-in-one AI markeing platform that helps small businesses and marketing teams grow faster and achieve their goals through high-performing content and automation. Our platform enables users to create ad creatives, UGC videos, viral content, banners, and more, as well as launch effective paid and organic campaigns across Meta channels.

In simple terms, we’ve made world-class AI marketing tools and solutions accessible to businesses that previously could only get this level of support from large brands with expensive marketing teams.

A few things that define where we are today:

  • 4 years on the market — a stable, profitable company backed by top international investors;

  • 4x growth over the past year;

  • 1.5M+ users already use Zeely, and that number keeps growing every day;

  • #1 in AIGC in the US market;

  • 200+ specialists on the team;

  • US-focused, with a global user base.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and improve generative pipelines for image and video creation.

  • Build quick prototypes, demos, and internal tools to validate new generation approaches.

  • Optimize image-to-video, text-to-video, and reference-based generation workflows for stable and reproducible results.

  • Work with UGC videos, product visuals, avatars, hooks, static ads, and other advertising formats.

  • Tune and control generation behavior: visual quality, style consistency, product fidelity, and reference alignment.

  • Diagnose quality bottlenecks: artifacts, instability, product distortions, inconsistency, weak lighting, poor composition.

  • Extend generative systems for new products, creative formats, and marketing scenarios.

  • Research and test new image/video models, tools, and workflows, separating hype from real product value.

  • Document workflow logic, prompts, parameters, model choices, experiments, and decisions to ensure reproducibility and smooth handoff to Product, Creative, Content, and Engineering teams.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience in Generative AI, AI automation, creative tech, media generation, or similar fields.

  • Practical understanding of image/video generation and multi-step workflows.

  • Ability to work not only with single generations, but with repeatable systems that can be tested, improved, and scaled.

  • Experience with generative models across different scenarios: text-to-image, image-to-image, image-to-video, video-to-video, or multimodal workflows.

  • Strong prompt engineering skills for image and video models.

  • Ability to independently assess visual quality of generated outputs: composition, lighting, consistency, product alignment, and overall creative quality.

  • Understanding of UGC/ad content, product-focused generation, and performance-oriented creative formats.

  • Analytical thinking: ability to identify cause-and-effect relationships when diagnosing and improving generation systems.

  • Experience integrating AI solutions through APIs, no-code/low-code tools, scripts, or other technical approaches.

  • Creative thinking combined with engineering structure.

  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple language.

Nice To Have:

  • Experience with generative AI workflow tools and approaches such as ComfyUI, n8n or similar automation platforms, LLM/agent-based workflows, LoRA tuning or fine-tuning image/video models.

  • Practical experience with Python or AI/ML libraries.

  • Experience working with media processing tools: ffmpeg, moviepy, imageio, pydub, or similar.

  • Experience building internal AI/creative tools for designers, producers, marketers, or content teams.

  • Experience in performance marketing, ad tech, UGC, creative automation, or advertising products.

Why It’s Exciting to Work With Us:

  • Build AI-powered tools with real impact, helping over one million small businesses grow, compete, and launch ads without agencies or complex marketing setups.

  • Join a strong A-level team of experienced professionals who set a high bar and push each other to do better work.

  • Remote-first approach: work from anywhere, with access to our offices in Warsaw and Kyiv.

  • We support comfortable and transparent cooperation, including help with private entrepreneurship-related matters.

  • Regular performance reviews to make your growth clear, structured, and recognized.
