The Opportunity
As an AI Innovation Product Manager you will lead the design and delivery of product concepts that support digital solutions, working across planning, prioritization, development, and launch activities within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics practice. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, use sound judgment to navigate complexity, influence stakeholders through clear communication, and guide teams in developing and refining product strategies that align with client needs and business goals. In this role at PwC, you will drive product roadmaps, shape innovation efforts, and help translate emerging ideas into practical solutions for client support work across software and product innovation.
Responsibilities
- Leading AI innovation product strategy across custom application development and testing initiatives
- Translating client needs and market insights into product roadmaps, user stories, and delivery priorities
- Guiding rapid experimentation, prototype development, and product enhancement decisions for AI-enabled solutions
- Coordinating delivery planning, release life cycle activities, and project execution across multidisciplinary teams
- Applying AI fluency and analytical thinking to evaluate product feasibility, technical tradeoffs, and implementation options
- Facilitating design workshops to shape solution concepts, interaction patterns, and adoption approaches
- Managing delivery risks, quality assurance activities, and dependency tracking across the system development life cycle
- Using storytelling and strategic questioning to present product direction, status, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Advancing technology integration, implementation planning, and roadmap alignment across digital tooling and infrastructure
- Coaching teams through change, complex problem solving, and product delivery decisions within a dynamic client environment
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
