Job Summary:
Join our team as an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Instructional Lead and help us revolutionize the way people learn. You'll collaborate with our Senior Leadership, Learning and Innovation, Delivery Management, and Technology teams to create captivating and interactive learning programs around AI. You will lead the development of our AI training portfolio and serve as our lead AI Instructor. Be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming education and empowering learners to achieve their full potential.
* This is a 1099/contract position - part time / as needed basis.
What you will do:
* Advise senior leadership on emerging industry trends to support just-in-time skills adoption.
* Project and recommend AI training strategy and ensure alignment to CDW's key objectives.
* Define and manage the skill profile of qualified instructors.
* Assist and evaluate technical acumen of future AI instructors by patriating in the recruitment process.
* Identify strategic training partnership opportunities beneficial to CDW.
* Leverage deep technical expertise and industry knowledge to recommend current and future areas of instruction aligned to market needs.
* Serve as a Subject Matter Expert by answering technical content and learning objective questions for prospective clients during the sales process.
* Engage with the broader CDW teams to understand GTM themes and apply them to curriculum design.
* Serve as an internal Subject Matter Expert to align workflows and strategy around the AI portfolio.
* Deliver clear, convincing, and well-organized presentations while projecting credibility and poise in highly visible or adversarial situations.
* Demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
* Demonstrate creativity in developing win-win solutions.
* Contribute to training strategy and ensure alignment with the company's key objectives.
What we expect of you:
* Experience and expertise in AI solutions design and implementation.
* Understanding of persona-driven models for AI Adoption at the organizational/enterprise scale.
* Experience setting and managing client delivery expectations across one or more program areas of a training portfolio.
* Experience developing multi-course/learning path plans of instruction.
* Experience tailoring training delivery to various commercial, industry, military, and government audiences. Pay starting at $1400-1600/day 1099, depending on experience and skill set. Pay ranges may be subject to geographic differentials.
