About the Role:

We are looking for an Audit Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support a team that facilitates external audits, due diligence requests, security questionnaires and other ad-hoc requests from business partners. The Analyst will partner with internal and external stakeholders through the organization to proactively gather required documentation and manage communication necessary to meet deadlines.


What You’ll Do: 

  • Assist Audit Support leader with documenting, tracking, and reporting of audit and due diligence requests performed on Upgrade
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to coordinate the gathering of required documentation for audits, ensure completeness of responses and/or reliability of data
  • Communicate with internal senior leadership and external investors, vendors, and bank partners related to achieving deadlines on requests
  • Proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely adherence to all deadlines 
  • Fulfill requests from internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners for information and documents that relate to Upgrade’s risk management activities. 
  • Assist with a variety of activities related to Audit Support including; calendar management, audit tracking, document gathering, and response quality review
  • Help maintain our centralized library for audit response materials and standardized responses across the organization
  • Assist with data integrity checks on audit-related systems and logs to ensure the accuracy of reported information
  • Develop deep working knowledge and proficiency across an array of internal systems, and platforms in order to effectively gather and validate data/documentation

What We Look For:

  • 2+ years of experience at a financial services or technology firm
  • 2+ years of experience in audit, risk/compliance, or IT role
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing demands and track multiple active requests, and meet stringent deadlines
  • Detail-oriented in reviewing and compiling documentation, ensuring evidence is complete and reliable 
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and prioritize critical projects
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a team
  • Sense of ownership and responsibility towards problem solving
