Analyst, NA People ZBB and Analytics at a Glance….
The Analyst, NA People ZBB (Zero-Based Budgeting) and Analytics is a key role to support the company's efforts to deliver budgetary commitments on people costs ($1B in spend) including salary, benefits, recruitment, training, etc. The position will work across the HR and Finance organization to improve and optimize purchase order processes, support monthly forecast builds and financial routines, and spearhead financial training initiatives for HR stakeholders and perform ad hoc analyses.
What’s on the menu?
- Collaborate with finance and human resources to build the bottoms-up U.S. People Budget
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to centralize purchase order management and ensure spend is appropriately managed to budget
- Foster and maintain relationships with human resource and finance stakeholders, enhancing existing processes and providing visibility into forecasting trends
- Prepare monthly full year forecast builds
- Key contributor in monthly accounting close process and performing analytical review on financial results to ensure spend is accurately reflected
- Ad hoc analysis, process improvement projects, and financial training creation for HR stakeholders

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Human Resources preferred
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work across the organization and handle confidential information
- Motivated self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, is detail oriented, and continuously seeks creative solutions
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in FP&A

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$77,800.00 - $97,300.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
