To drive process improvement, automation, and data-driven decision-making across the business. In this role, you will identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, develop automation solutions, analyze performance data and KPIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities that make our business smarter
  • Provide data-driven insights that guide business decisions at scale
  • Develop process automations to boost efficiency
  • Design smart solutions utilizing LLM / ML models in collaboration with the AI department in CoE
  • Support development and maintenance of data pipelines and analytics solutions (e.g., SQL, Databricks, Excel/Power Query)
  • Analyze KPIs, operational data, and performance trends to drive measurable impact
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in project management, ideally automations or digital transformation
  • A curious problem-solver who sees patterns in data and opportunities in inefficiencies
  • Someone comfortable turning insights into real-world impact
  • Team players who love working cross-functionally and making complex things simple
  • Good knowledge of automation tools such as AlteryX
  • Hands-on experience with SQL/ Python and Excel
  • Familiarity with data platforms such as Databricks or similar is an advantage
  • Experience with BI or visualization tools (e.g., Qlik Sense)
  • University Degree in IT/data analytics related field desirable
