Job Summary
Under general supervision, manage, coordinate and budget for activities connected with the construction and maintenance of Medline Distribution Centers and corporate facilities including system set-up, building workflow and organization for new and existing locations. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, track, and manage all workflow associated with division construction projects.
Manage small scale nation-wide projects from concept to realization involving individuals from multiple departments and disciplines. Develop project plans to include action steps, schedules, etc. to enhance ability to deliver quality projects on-time and within budget. Provide support to team for large projects as needed.
Coordinate the activities of the project team by collaborating with various stakeholders to align workflows and project milestones. Coordinate regular project reviews and communicate deviations to project schedule
Work with internal customers to ensure risks and issues are reported, tracked, managed and resolved. Analyze, troubleshoot and develop innovative solutions to project issues.
Provide technical support to project stakeholders both locally and in the field to ensure adherence to procedures and policies.
Design, generate and distribute new, routine and ad hoc reports as needed and provide analytics.
Continually assess ongoing processes to identify areas for potential improvement. As required, participate in initiatives to improve processes.
Manage cost reporting, invoicing and purchase orders of the division’s projects.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelors Degree
Relevant Work Experience
3 years of experience in the financial and/or construction field.
Additional
Willing to travel up to 30%
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Project and in controlling and coordinating projects from start to finish.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$67,000.00 - $101,000.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
