Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a selling organization culture with a consumer-centric focus through analytics and reporting. Responsible for creating and maintaining all demand management & commercial reporting needs, ensuring user knowledge through ongoing and ad hoc reports and analysis, and driving consultation with leaders on reporting and data recommendations. Also responsible for performing skilled analytics to identify impacts and linkage to Demand and Supply Chain strategy, Commercial and Commercial Strategy using business modeling and analysis to solve complex problems or identify opportunities and trends through large data sets. This role excels at telling stories with data, simplifying and presenting the relevant information to help the leadership teams make informed, data-driven decisions.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, and Scarborough, ME.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Support Commercial and Supply Chain through effective execution of reporting and data analysis that will enhance strategies and initiatives
- Extensive cross collaboration representing Supply Chain and Commercial leadership across Supply Chain, IT, and Data Governance teams to ensure data integrity
- Lead design sessions with key stakeholders across Supply Chain (including In-Stock, Logistics, Control Tower, Training & Process) and Commercial (Item Life cycle, Planogram, Assortment) to develop core requirements for reporting and establish effective user interface and modeling
- Leverage database systems including data warehouses, data marts, and models needed for business, financial, and operational analysis and/or reporting and visualization
- Automate and optimize reporting of strategic business processes
- Responsible for reporting and interpreting key metrics determined in collaboration with Commercial and Supply Chain leadership, as well as ad hoc requests
- Work collaboratively to understand the purpose of the data request and create metrics, data content and formatting to meet the needs of the stakeholder
- Support the Lead in designing the architecture of data flows utilizing advanced knowledge of the available software & hardware solutions; including implementation of security protocols to ensure the right data is accessible by the right users
- Independently identify and perform complex correlation analysis for areas of focus to present results and recommendations in a clear concise manner
- Routinely translate large amounts of data into actionable findings that tell a clear story and can be used to support business reviews with leaders on a regular cadence
- Provide analytics and reports that translate Commercial and Supply Chain data into accurate, insightful, and predictive information for leaders to determine priorities and solutions
- Serve as a subject matter expert for data analytics tools with emphasis on learning and developing new analysis and reporting capabilities
- Provide support for the function as an effective promoter of change and growth through data driven decisions
- Serve as a member of key teams, projects and committees as needed
- Determine and use key metrics to evaluate success of implemented data solutions; design and implement modifications as necessary to ensure goal attainment
- Provide indirect supervision of team Analysts
- Oversee 3 rd party relationships (i.e. Circana) and ownership over self-service tools (i.e. SCDW, DC Reporting, WMS Reporting and CAO Reporting)
