As a Analytics Solutions Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the Global Bank, you will be at the forefront of delivering specific data content through multiple channels, ensuring adaptation to evolving technologies, and supporting users. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise in developing and delivering analytics solutions in a dynamic cross-functional environment. This roll will challenge to lead, adapt to a changing business landscape, and effectively communicate with multiple levels of management.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deliver advanced analytics solutions leveraging Snowflake's Cortex Analyst features, with a focus on building and optimizing text-to-SQL capabilities for business users.
  • Developing and delivering consistent and controlled reporting, and analysis across multiple GB delivery channels
  • Designing, developing, and managing advanced semantic data structures for GB business groups to support intuitive and efficient end-user data consumption, improve data accessibility, and enhance overall data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Ensuring that distributed analytics (new and all updates) meet data quality and consistency standards (e.g. certification process)
  • Ensuring downstream users have quality user experience and are adequately securing data and adopting best practices
  • Driving analytics research and development efforts including: Leveraging predictive analytics/alerts and growing mobile capability
  • Serving as a thought leader on cross-lob initiatives relating to analytics

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
  • 5+ years in financial services with significant Business Intelligence experience and a proven ability to lead development leveraging new reporting and analytics tools.
  • 5+ years direct Business Intelligence experience, including at least 1 year in a Qlik or Tableau reporting environment (or other in-memory BI tool).
  • Extensive experience leading the development of distributed analytical/reporting tools, including requirements gathering and user story development.
  • Proven experience optimizing robust data models to ensure flexibility and support evolving reporting needs.
  • Strong SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases.
  • Demonstrated success leading Business Intelligence analytics projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including implementing and optimizing Cortex Analyst features for AI-driven analytics and natural language query capabilities.
  • Experience developing and deploying analytics solutions in Sigma, with a focus on enabling self-service reporting and data exploration.
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) concepts and the development of text-to-SQL solutions.
  • Desire to learn and incorporate emerging cloud data platform capabilities into analytics design.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
  • Other BI tool experience or experience with Java or Python scripting is a plus
