- 3+ years of experience in workforce analytics, workforce planning, labor scheduling
- Exceptional analytical, strategic, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of the purpose and strategy behind labor scheduling
- Demonstrated knowledge of Workforce management and planning applications
- Ability to interact with different HR /Business departments making strategic business recommendations backed up by analytics and facts
- Workday HCM experience preferred
- Other Software skills necessary for efficient analysis and reporting (Advanced Excel, Intermediate Access, Intermediate PowerPoint.
