Provide supervised administrative support to the Maintenance Technical Control Department, including data entry, record keeping, file organization, document archiving, employee support, and other department-related tasks as needed.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support administrative activities related to the Maintenance Technical Control Department routines and processes, under supervision, including:
- Assisting with administrative tasks through data entry, record keeping, tracking, and verification activities;
- Organizing department files and maintaining document archives;
- Providing support to employees on matters related to the department;
- Performing other department-related activities, under supervision, as required by operational needs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based computer applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
