• Salary Range: $140,000-175,000
• Position is eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan with a target of 14% of the base salary

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Planning and Analysis
- Support the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the Region US OpU.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to meet business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver month end reports and insights to the VP Finance and Region OpU leadership team.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, internal controls and local regulatory requirements.
- Assist in audits (internal and external) and implement recommendations to improve financial compliance.
Cost Management and Operational Support
- Oversee cost accounting processes, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with corporate standards.
- Support plant controllers in driving cost reduction and efficiency initiatives.
- Provide financial evaluation and guidance on capital expenditure proposals, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial goals.
- Monitor Net Working Capital targets and support efficiency projects for the US sites
Business Partnering
- Collaborate with regional and plant leadership to support decision-making and operational improvements.
- Provide financial expertise for decision-making in areas such as make vs buy, product costing, and investment planning.
- Act as a liaison between plant controllers and the Region OpU to ensure alignment with goals.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA, CPA, CMA a plus.
- Requires 8 years’ experience in progressively challenging accounting/finance positions.
- Requires 3 years in leadership role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
