Job Description

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will support the delivery of construction and workplace projects across all phases. You will assist in planning, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support & Coordination

  • Assist in the delivery of project management services throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct background research, data collection, and benchmarking to support decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain effective project documentation and reporting systems.
  • Support the development and updating of detailed project plans and schedules

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track project progress and performance indicators; prepare updates and reports.
  • Manage change control processes and maintain accurate change logs.
  • Draft formal progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Attend project meetings and produce accurate and timely meeting minutes.
  • Support communication flow between internal and external teams.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in project management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is a plus.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Project Manager

KPI:

  • Maintain 100% accuracy in project documentation with all reports
  • Attend 95% of scheduled project meetings and distribute meeting minutes within 24 hours.
  • Maintain an up-to-date risk and issue register with 100% of identified risks logged and reviewed weekly.
