As an Assisted Living Coordinator, you lead daily care operations, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered services while building and developing a strong caregiving team. What You’ll Do: • Lead recruiting, hiring and development of the caregiving team • Manage staffing, scheduling and daily timekeeping reviews • Oversee daily operations of the assisted living neighborhood • Ensure delivery of Resident-Centered Care and ISP execution • Partner with clinical teams on assessments, care planning and resident needs • Monitor resident changes in condition and communicate with families • Collaborate with Activities and Dining to enhance resident experience • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards • Manage team performance, engagement, coaching and evaluations • Support department budget, labor management and operational efficiency What You’ll Bring: • 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care or healthcare • 1+ year supervisory or team leadership experience • Strong staffing, scheduling and team management skills • Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements • Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and care systems • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and support operations Assisted Living Coordinator – Lead Care Team Operations and Deliver Resident-Centered Care Assisted Living Coordinator | Care Manager | Senior Living | Resident Care | Team Leadership | Staffing | Healthcare
Pay Range:55,328.00 - 73,840.00
