We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

To thrive in this role, you’ll exemplify behaviors aligned with our mission and values: excellence, collaboration, innovation, commitment, accountability, and ownership. You should bring a passion for learning and growth, work effectively within a team, and actively contribute to a results-driven, innovative culture

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in HubSpot
  • Coordinate internal resources to support client needs and follow through on action items
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve the customer experience and team efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years experience in a customer-facing or administrative role — internships or related work are a plus
  • A background in inside sales is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a client-first mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a team
  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills to build trust, encourage collaboration, and support a positive team culture
  • Occasional travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and join in-person team gatherings
