Snap Inc is a technology company. We believe the camera presents the greatest opportunity to improve the way people live and communicate. Snap contributes to human progress by empowering people to express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together.

The Company operates Snapchat, a visual messaging app that enhances your relationships with friends, family, and the world, and Specs Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary dedicated to making computing more human, in addition to Bitmoji, Saturn, and other digital services.

We are looking for an Associate Agency Partner to join Team Snapchat’s U.S. Agency Team. In this role, you will be the operational and analytical backbone that keeps our agency partnerships running — supporting our Agency Leads and Agency Partners across their portfolios by owning reporting, proprietary media allocation, resource streamlining, and the scaled materials that power our engagement with the market. You’ll turn data into clear stories, build best-in-class team assets like our newsletter and Quarterly Business Reviews, and bring order and momentum to a fast-moving, high-visibility team. Working from our New York or Los Angeles office, you’ll need sharp analytical skills, strong operational instincts, exceptional attention to detail, and a builder’s mindset.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the day-to-day operational backbone for the U.S. Agency Team, supporting Agency Leads and Agency Partners across their agency portfolios.
  • Own recurring reporting and performance tracking — build and maintain dashboards, revenue pacing, and partnership scorecards that keep the team and senior stakeholders informed and ahead of the numbers.
  • Manage proprietary and inventory media allocation across agency deals — tracking commitments, monitoring deployment, and flagging optimization opportunities so investment works as hard as it can.
  • Build and scale team materials into polished, repeatable, best-in-class assets — including the team newsletter, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), pitch decks, and presentations.
  • Streamline resources and processes across the team — identifying efficiencies, standardizing ways of working, and building the templates and systems that let the team move faster.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, planning, investment, creative strategy, research, and analytics) to pull insights and translate complex data into compelling, decision-ready narratives.
  • Support agency business reviews and joint business planning with the data, analysis, and materials that make them land.
  • Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to keep programs, timelines, and deliverables on track.
  • Bring an always-on, test-and-learn mindset to team operations — continuously improving how the team reports, pitches, and scales.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, with proven experience analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights. Tableau knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong deck-building and storytelling ability across Keynote, PowerPoint, and/or Google Slides — able to turn a spreadsheet into a story.
  • Data-driven, with a solid understanding of advertising performance metrics and how to read them.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills — able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management, internally and externally.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment as a proactive self-starter.
  • A working understanding of agency operating models, media investment, and planning is a strong plus at this level.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in media/advertising, agency, ad sales, account management, or a related field, including responsibility for reporting/analysis and building stakeholder-facing materials.
  • Demonstrated experience taking complex data and evaluating success metrics to create data stories that drive performance.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and presentation tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting or working directly with media agencies.
  • Familiarity with proprietary / inventory media or agency trading and investment deals.
  • Understanding of social media, video, programmatic buying, and media management within a biddable auction environment.
  • Experience building scaled enablement materials such as newsletters and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • A passion for Snapchat as a user and solid knowledge of our ad products.
