As an Associate Brand Manager with our Global Markets team, you will manage the development and implementation of marketing strategies, portfolio processes, P&L and performance oversight, and product innovation and growth plans for our International business outside of the US, Canada and Mexico for assigned brands in our Frozen & Refrigerated, Grocery & Snacks portfolios. You will work with business development, finance, supply chain, R&D, Demand Sciences, external agencies and partners to guide important programs and deliver results. You will report to a Global Markets Brand Manager.

Your Impact:

  • Use multiple internal and external sources of data to identify and evaluate brand expansion opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Manage relationships with internal Conagra brand teams, and partners around the world to ensure Global Markets priorities are achieved.
  • Lead cross-functional teams on projects including new product development, line extensions, packaging updates, and pricing strategy.
  • Partner with consumer insights and R&D to develop consumer learning plans.
  • Coordinate yearly brand planning and portfolio development.
  • Partner with regional teams to develop brand communication campaigns; manage advertising and promotional budgets.
  • Travel as needed; 1-2 trips/year.

Your Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 3 years of hands-on work experience in brand marketing with P&L responsibilities.
  • Business-to-Consumer (B2C) consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry experience in Brand Management or similar.
  • Strategic and analytic capabilities using data to support business strategy and decisions.
  • Experience leading teams and projects from start to finish, aligning business leadership at multiple levels of the organization and across geographies.
  • Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and intuitive decision-making.
  • Ability to communicate and influence various levels of the organization and across geographies.
  • Experience in international markets is helpful but not required.

Compensation: 

Annual Base Salary: $99,000.00 - $128,000.00

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
