job purpose:

The Associate Brand Manager “ABM” will have the opportunity to grow and develop their marketing and general management skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.  This individual will support the execution of set strategies for the Core Power and Nutrition Plan brands within the fairlife portfolio.

responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Execution
    • Manage business and competitive performance measurement and analytics, as well as lead performance reviews with cross-functional team
    • Leverage syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen/IRI), research, and performance metrics to track brand health, draw conclusions and make informed recommednations
    • Ensure consistency of brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across consumer facing touchpoints (website, organic social, retailer media, etc.)
  • Project Management
    • Lead multiple cross-functional stakeholders (R&D, supply chain, operations etc.) in development and execution of key brand projects, including packaging commercialization
  • Financial Management
    • Manage brand budgets, forecast marketing spend, and ensure timely payment of invoices

skills/qualifications required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1-2 years’ experience in brand or product management preferred
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation abilities
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A clear understanding of general marketing principals
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • High proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs
  • Can do attitude and ability to adapt quickly

Base pay range:
$75,000$90,000 USD
