Supports fairlife’s R&D team with food and dairy product development projects, including formulation, ingredient testing, pilot production, product evaluation, data analysis, and project documentation. The intern follows laboratory, food safety, quality, and confidentiality protocols while gaining exposure to product commercialization. This is an on-site Chicago internship from May 24 through August 10, 2027, with 5–10% travel to plant locations.

Leads capital governance, fixed asset and lease accounting, insurance and enterprise risk management, and internal control over financial reporting. Oversees SOX compliance, control documentation, testing, remediation, risk assessments, and audit engagements. Partners with finance, accounting, IT, legal, operations, and executives to strengthen governance and ensure compliance with GAAP and parent-company standards. Manages and mentors a team of eight while supporting capital project budgets, financial models, process improvements, and certification readiness.

Build and deploy production-grade AI agents and automated workflows across manufacturing, supply chain, and business operations. Responsibilities include orchestrating multi-agent systems, integrating enterprise tools and data, implementing RAG pipelines, applying prompt engineering and tool calling, and using MLOps/LLMOps for monitoring and improvement. The engineer will also establish responsible-AI guardrails and collaborate with data science and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.

Manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, and professional roles. Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders on workforce needs, sourcing strategies, candidate selection, offers, and onboarding support. Build talent pipelines, maintain Greenhouse records, monitor recruiting metrics, coordinate candidate communications, ensure compliant and consistent processes, and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Design, build, and operate batch and streaming data pipelines and dimensional models into the lakehouse. Develop reusable Python frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and observability. Ensure security, governance, and data quality. Support AI-facing capabilities, partner with manufacturing and business stakeholders, and mentor teammates.

Lead development and optimization of supply chain analytics, reporting, and planning tools (Lyric). Own strategic network model, build Power BI dashboards and SQL queries, partner with data teams, and apply predictive techniques to improve planning and decision-making.

Lead enterprise commercial strategy and go-to-market execution across brands, channels, and customers. Develop long-range and annual plans, optimize channel/customer strategy, commercialize innovation, and build a performance management framework. Partner cross-functionally, run governance rhythms, and build a high-performing Commercial Strategy & Operations team to drive profitable growth.

Partner with sales, bottlers, and Coca-Cola teams to develop and execute franchise, commercial, and customer plans for fairlife DSD brands. Use retailer and consumer insights to create selling stories, support collaborative business plans, conduct store visits, track KPIs, and drive revenue and profit growth across assigned territory.

Lead consumer insights by designing and executing qual and quant research, translating POS and panel data into actionable brand and go-to-market recommendations. Manage vendor partnerships, deliver brand health tracking, support performance monitoring, and influence cross-functional teams with storytelling and strategic insights.

Support dairy product development and commercialization through lab and pilot plant work: formulation, ingredient testing, scale-up, analytical testing, documentation, sensory evaluation, and cross-functional coordination to enable product launches.
