Reporting to the Director of Business Development (Snacks), you will integrate across Customer Sales, the Customer Leadership Organization and Brand Marketing to lead annual plan management and strategy for assigned brands within our Salty and Gluten Free portfolio. You will develop prioritized sales goals and programs that translate into plans for field sales execution while aligning with long-range brand strategies. You will connect customer and brand priorities to deliver accelerated growth, leading the field in achieving annual volume, trade, and profit objectives for your assigned brands.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Advocate for the customer point of view internally, ensuring alignment across Customer Sales, Brand teams, and cross-functional partners
- Develop and manage brand-specific annual plans, including volume, trade, and profit targets
- Set the agenda for brand priorities, ensuring clear focus on key initiatives and growth opportunities
- Partner with Brand teams to align strategies with long-range business goals and customer plans
- Establish distribution and merchandising targets supported by insights and activation plans
- Collaborate with Field Sales to deliver merchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelving goals
- Equip Field Sales teams with insights, tools, and strategies to support customer selling efforts
- Develop category growth stories, new item presentations, and compelling sales materials
- Support customer engagements and occasionally participate in sales calls to influence outcomes
- Analyze program performance, identify opportunities, and adjust strategies to improve results
- Lead brand strategy execution across national and customer-specific Joint Business Planning initiatives
- Serve as a liaison between Customer Sales and Brand teams to support Joint Business Planning execution
- Provide visibility to key Joint Business Planning initiatives and manage prioritization of customer-specific requests
- Monitor brand performance trends at the account level and identify areas for intervention
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of Consumer Packaged Goods sales or related experience in trade marketing, sales strategy, or business development
- Experience managing strategic and tactical trade plans
- Experience with trade spending principles and financial management concepts
- Exposure to profit and loss management and financial analysis
- Experience supporting customer annual planning processes
- Financial acumen with the capability to analyze and interpret business performance
- Experience working with retailer practices and customer strategies
- Skilled at translating insights into actionable strategies and field execution plans
- Effective communication skills to present strategies and influence internal and external stakeholders

Compensation
Pay Range:$82,000-$120,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
