$85,660.00 - $137,060.00The Associate Cloud Engineer supports the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of cloud infrastructure and SaaS platforms across Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS environments. This role contributes to system reliability, security, and performance while collaborating with engineering teams to deliver scalable and efficient technology solutions.
Essential Functions for this role include:
- Provide operational support for enterprise cloud platforms, including user provisioning, role-based access, and configuration management
- Support administration of cloud infrastructure across Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical, security, and operational issues in cloud and hybrid environments
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to the Service Desk and assist business users with technical issues
- Monitor system performance and availability, identifying risks and escalating issues as needed
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and system stability
- Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
- Maintain compliance with security and governance standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
If you have the following skills, we encourage you to apply:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
- One to three years of experience supporting cloud or infrastructure environments
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, including Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS
- Understanding of SaaS and IaaS service models
- Knowledge of Windows systems administration
- Understanding of network fundamentals and troubleshooting techniques
- Knowledge of identity and access management, including SSO
- Experience troubleshooting technical and operational issues in cloud environments
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
