We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and proactive Associate Customer Success Manager to support and scale our Customer Success efforts across enterprise accounts. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting campaign execution, managing operational workflows, solving problems, and partnering cross-functionally to drive results. You’ll work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where processes and priorities can evolve quickly, so the ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and find solutions without always having a defined path will be important. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is curious, eager to learn, comfortable taking on task-oriented work, and interested in building a long-term career in Customer Success with the potential to grow into a CSM role.
This is a remote position reporting to the Strategic Account Manager of Major Accounts.
- Assisting the Customer Success team with the creation and execution of custom audience lists and campaigns, including digital advertising and email marketing campaigns.
- Supporting the development and delivery of client-specific assets and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Creating, customizing, and managing Dynamic Payments offers and other promotional materials as required.
- Providing monthly support for co-op submissions.
- Creating and managing inbound cases through a queue, ensuring requests are appropriately tracked and resolved.
- Providing ongoing operational and task-based support for Fullpath’s Enterprise Customer Success team.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client requests and project deliverables are executed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Supporting client communication when needed to fulfill assigned tasks and help ensure a positive customer experience.
- Supporting strategic initiatives by helping manage project timelines, resources, and communications.
- Monitoring and maintaining task workflows, escalating issues when needed and ensuring smooth handoffs within the Customer Success organization.
- Identifying opportunities to improve existing processes, develop new workflows, and make day-to-day Customer Success operations more efficient.
- Taking on additional account or customer support responsibilities as needed, including providing coverage when a CSM is unavailable.
- Strong interest in building a career in Customer Success, with an interest in eventually growing into a Customer Success Manager role.
- A proactive, curious, and self-directed approach to work, with a willingness to ask questions, learn independently, and find solutions when the path forward is not clearly defined.
- Ability to operate effectively in an environment where processes, priorities, and responsibilities can change frequently.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of detailed, task-oriented work while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
- High level of competency working with data to support business decisions and customer outcomes.
- Ability to build and implement follow-up processes and stay on top of multiple priorities.
- Independent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally with both internal teams and customers when needed.
- Exposure to or interest in using AI tools to improve productivity, workflows, or day-to-day work.
- Strong work ethic, ownership, and willingness to take on hands-on operational work as part of developing within Customer Success.
- Automotive industry and/or digital advertising experience is a plus, but not required.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform extensive computer work, both of which are key aspects of the role.
- Ability to perform job duties from a home office, when applicable, utilizing necessary technology and maintaining productivity.
- Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job to ensure consistent workflow and communication.

Annual base salary: $65,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Benefits Options: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life/AD&D, EAP, 15 vacation days per year to start, 80 hours of sick leave, 12 paid holidays, paid parental leave, & 401k with company match.
