Job Description

As an Associate Director, Marketing, you will lead brand strategy while driving commercial results. You will own short‑ and long‑term planning, guide cross‑functional teams through execution and commercialization, and help set the strategic direction that fuels sustainable growth.

In this role, you will balance big‑picture thinking with strong business fundamentals, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Insights, Innovation, and Operations. You will also play a key leadership role, coaching and developing talent while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and performance.

What you’ll do
  • Lead and inspire cross‑functional teams to deliver plans in support of brand and business objectives

  • Accountable for P&L inputs, including volume, profit, and market share, to ensure accurate forecasting and performance reporting

  • Lead the annual business planning cycle, including multi‑year strategy, annual brand and operating plans, category stories, and budget management

  • Oversee core business fundamentals, including consumption analysis, pricing, demand forecasting, and P&L management

  • Partner with Sales and Strategy teams on day‑to‑day commercial management and innovation sell‑in

  • Deliver commercialization efforts across innovation, renovation, quality improvement, and cost‑reduction initiatives

  • Partner with Communications and Innovation teams to execute integrated marketing activations and build future pipeline

What we’re looking for
  • Proven ability to define long‑term strategic direction while effectively managing day‑to‑day execution

  • Experience building and delivering strategic growth plans across both top and bottom‑line results

  • Strong business acumen, with expertise in demand forecasting, consumption analysis (POS and panel), and P&L management

  • Demonstrated success driving demand across the full marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion) and coaching others to do the same

  • Experience leading, developing, and motivating teams, with a passion for talent development and culture building

  • Strong leadership, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$164,200.00 - $205,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
