About The Opportunity
As an Associate Director in the SMB Success organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our restaurant partners. You will lead a division of the SMB business dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships with our restaurant partners, driving their success through effective support, strategic guidance, and innovative solutions. This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on engagement to deliver exceptional service and value to our restaurant partners.

Strategic Growth & Revenue Generation:
Driving the expansion of independent restaurant growth and revenue.
Devising and implementing a comprehensive, long-term strategy for restaurant success.
Overseeing pipeline management and sales activities, providing accurate forecasts.
Leading and executing strategic, high-priority projects that transform operational workflows or drive significant business outcomes.
Product & Market Expertise:
Promoting Grubhub's suite of products and services.
Leveraging expertise and market knowledge to identify opportunities.
Staying abreast of industry trends, evolving restaurant partner needs, and company objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to stay current on Grubhub’s offerings.
Driving projects forward through effective collaboration.

What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree required
8-10 years of pertinent experience in sales or client success, with a specific focus on B2B SaaS sales.
At least 3 -5 years of experience in managing teams.
Demonstrated focus, coupled with exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Highly motivated and driven individual, exhibiting a high level of professionalism.
Superior time management skills and adeptness at multitasking, including overseeing managers, Account Advisors, and special projects concurrently.
Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.

We reward our Sales positions with competitive pay. For this role, we offer uncapped commission with a base salary range as outlined below.
New York: $123,200 - $$154,000 ($154,000 - $192,500 OTE range)
Illinois: $112,000 - $140,000 ($140,000 - $175,000 OTE range)
Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
