Lamar's Corporate Office in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is looking for a new Associate Multimedia and Motion Graphic Designer! This role is responsible for supporting the creation and production of engaging video, multimedia, and motion graphic content for Lamar’s Transit and Airport Division on local, regional, and national levels. This position will work closely with the Multimedia and Motion Graphic Designer to edit, produce, and adapt video and multimedia content that supports sales, marketing, training, and internal communication initiatives.

What we're looking for in you:
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud with an emphasis on Premiere Pro and After Effects; experience with Photoshop preferred.
- Strong video editing skills with an understanding of pacing, storytelling, audio, and visual composition.
- Working knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video production techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established creative direction and brand standards.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to receive creative direction and feedback and incorporate revisions efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on assigned projects while collaborating effectively as part of a creative team.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to learn new techniques, tools, and technologies.
- Photography and/or videography experience is a plus.
Education and Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field such as Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design, Videography, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or Mass Communication.
- 3 years minimum of related professional experience in video editing, multimedia production, motion graphics, or a related creative field.
- Demonstrated experience with video editing and multimedia production
- Portfolio or demo reel demonstrating relevant video, multimedia, and/or motion graphics work
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred:
- Experience creating motion graphics and animated content
A Day in the Life:
- Support the production and editing of multimedia and video content for Lamar’s Transit and Airport Division.
- Edit and assemble video footage, photography, graphics, audio, and other creative assets into polished final content.
- Assist in developing a wide range of multimedia content, including but not limited to:
- Market-specific highlight and sizzle reels
- Sales and promotional videos
- Intro/outro video segments
- Client testimonials
- Social media videos, motion graphics, and GIFs
- Event-related multimedia content
- Internal training and employee engagement videos
- Presentation animation and multimedia elements
- Other video and multimedia projects, as needed
- Create and incorporate basic-to-intermediate motion graphics, titles, transitions, and animated elements into video projects.
- Adapt and version existing video and multimedia content for different markets, audiences, platforms, and formats.
- Assist with organizing, maintaining, and managing video, photography, audio, and motion graphic assets.
- Prepare, export, and deliver final multimedia files according to appropriate technical specifications and platform requirements.
- Ensure all multimedia content aligns with Lamar brand standards and established creative direction.
- Collaborate with designers, sales support, marketing, Creative Director, AVP of TAS, and other internal teams to gather assets and execute multimedia requests.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while communicating project status and potential challenges.
- Stay current on video editing, multimedia, and motion graphics trends, techniques, and technology.
