Description

The Associate Project Manager works as part of the project team, assisting with the development of scope & schedule for project work and executing minor project management duties.

Responsibilities

  • Manage small to medium projects under limited direction.
  • Apply advanced planning and scheduling techniques
  • Present project status to the project team
  • Develop bid templates
  • Facilitate plan development
  • Develop and document basic project management processes and procedures
  • Provide resource (budget) requirement planning
  • Identify issues and recommend alternate solutions
  • Use Walgreen methodologies to develop project plans
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of project deliverables
  • Thorough knowledge of Walgreens's environment/needs and ability
  • May conduct and will document all weekly meetings.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all project management technology as required for assigned projects.
  • Assist in developing scope and schedule for assigned projects.
  • Coordinate project tasks and activities of sub-contractors

Requirements

  • B.S. or B.A. Degree, or similar experience. Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of Project Management and/or business experience, preferred
  • Project Management experience in building/development/construction industry, preferred
  • Skilled in defining project scope and requirements
  • Excellent communication and time management skills to be able to manage fast-paced and constantly-changing work environment

Salary: 60k - 70k

Pay Range:

56,000.00 - 84,000.00
